Track restricted substances across your product structure from Compliance.

Substance declarations​

The system ships with a reference list of RoHS restricted substances and common REACH SVHC entries, each with its CAS number and threshold percentage. For any item you can declare which substances it contains, at what mass percentage, and whether an exemption applies.

An item's status is computed from its declarations:

  • compliant — declared, nothing exceeds a threshold (or exemptions apply)
  • non-compliant — at least one substance exceeds its threshold without exemption
  • unknown — no declarations yet

BOM roll-up​

Non-compliance propagates up through BOMs: the compliance report lists every affected assembly together with the offending component(s) and substances, however deep the structure. That's the answer to "which of our products does this ruling touch?" in one screen.

Export​

The compliance report exports to CSV for customer declarations and audits.
