Reports
Reports aggregates the whole workspace on one page:
- headline tiles — released items, open changes, average change cycle time, open NCRs, overdue CAPAs, active suppliers;
- distribution tables — items/documents/changes by state, NCRs by severity, RFQs and projects by status, each with a percentage breakdown;
- change throughput — created vs implemented per month over the last six months;
- quality and supplier-scorecard snapshots.
Every table exports to CSV individually, and Export all produces a single file with every metric — timestamped for period-over-period comparison.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar delivers, in real time (WebSocket push — no refresh needed):

Unread notifications badge the bell; clicking one marks it read and jumps to the record. Mark all read clears the lot. If the live connection drops, the bell falls back to polling and reconnects automatically.
